Wasn't allowed to be present during the procedure and now that my dog got sick two days after the visit they are "too busy" to see him. Got a weird vibe when I took my dog for vaccination, it seemed they were just trying to sell stuff. I don't know why the other lady had a bad experience, but I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. The Vet said she could run a lot of tests, but she didn't think it was necessary. Never tried to sell me anything, just the opposite. The only thing I paid for was the antibiotic. She could have done alot of tests but she didn't. I took my dog in and she was throwing up. Thx! Her first visit was free, which was great! Had to go back last week with her because she got herself a case of doggy pink eye and they were really great with her (and me). I would recommend VCA Bascom animal hospital to take your animals too. The Technicians and Doctor took very good care of my kitty while she was there for her annual check up. User ( 22:36) The receptionists were very nice and helpful. All the vets have been very nice, but they did seem to go through a lot. VCA is where your pets health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal. Only complaint being that it's a little cramped.
